As a teaching hospital, Curaçao Medical Center is dedicated to developing future professionals in the healthcare sector. We warmly welcome enthusiastic students eager to gain practical experience and bring fresh perspectives to our organization. As a recognized training company, we offer a wide range of opportunities for students in the healthcare sector as well as supporting departments such as Operations.
Whether you are pursuing a vocational, undergraduate, or postgraduate degree, we provide internship placements tailored to your level of expertise and interest. Additionally, we have established collaboration agreements with the Instituto pa Formashon den Enfermeria (IFE) specifically tailored for General Nursing education.
Internship Application Process
Students interested in an internship at Curaçao Medical Center should send a CV and letter to opleiding&onderzoek@cmc.cw
After processing your application, you will receive a confirmation message.
Once your application is reviewed and you have been selected, you will receive an invitation for an interview.
Following the interview, you will receive notification of the outcome.
If selected, you will receive an invitation for a medical examination. All future employees and students wishing to intern at Curaçao Medical Center must undergo a general medical examination. The student is responsible for the costs of the medical examination.
The result of your medical examination should be sent to the ARBO doctor for evaluation to the following e-mail: michiel.vanderhuls@cmc.cw . This doctor approves or rejects the student based on their suitability.
Upon approval by the ARBO doctor, you may begin your internship at Curaçao Medical Center.
